“It was determined that my 20-year-old gas forced hot air furnace should be replaced sooner rather than later. The guidance on which models would be best for my application, the estimate process, and the installation went very well and professionally, which has been my continued experience with Adams Heating & Cooling.
I've been a customer for years, having had the hot water heater replaced in 2019, an emergency service call in March 2014 when the furnace control board failed (they were amazing on that one - at my house, the next day with the problem resolved and heat restored in a just a few hours with a very reasonable bill,) and for regular inspection service calls. Pricing is fair and competitive, and everyone I've talked to on the phone and met in person has been pleasant and professional. The team that just installed my new furnace and AC unit was excellent. Prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly, more than happy to answer all my questions and did so in great detail. Further, they were very respectful of the house, being very careful with both the removal of the old equipment and the movement of the new equipment into the basement. Not a single wall ding, which is great. The installation went smoothly, right on the planned schedule and I'm very pleased with the end result. “I called Adams when my hot water heater leaked, and I had water all over my basement floor. My first impression was that someone answered the phone when I called (huge!) and I had a return call within an hour! They were able to replace it within a few days. While that work was being scheduled, I realized my furnace and AC unit needed replacement, so I had Jake come out and give me a quote. I scheduled a duct cleaning appointment and had them replace my old furnace with a high-efficiency model.
The two men who replaced the water heater and the two who cleaned my ducts and installed my furnace were outstanding. The day they completed the furnace installation, they took only one break for a 30-minute lunch. I don't even think they took the full 30 minutes. They arrived by 7:45 in the morning and worked all day.
Everyone at Adams is friendly, professional, courteous, and all-around nice to work with. They explain the work they are doing and, after it is done, show you what they installed and answer all your questions. I HIGHLY recommend Adams.”
